Grenada offers foreign investors two different ways to obtain citizenship by investment:
Option 1: Real Estate Investment into a CBI Approved Project.
The minimum requirement for this investment is USD$220,000 in addition to a government contribution of USD $50,000. This investment covers a family of four and an additional USD $25,000 will be added for each added family member.
Option 2: Donation into the Government’s National Transformation Fund (NTF)
This investment consists of a donation made to the government’s National Transformation Fund.
The minimum requirement for this investment is USD $200,000 for a family of 2 to 4 persons. USD $25,000 will be added for each additional family member.
The minimum requirement of investment of USD $ 150,000 for a single applicant.
