Business Immigration Program

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) offers over 20 different business
immigration programs to facilitate the admission of business immigrants seeking new opportunities.
There are different criteria that determine which program you are most eligible for. Sidera

Quebec Immigration

Quebec has its own set of requirements that allow it to choose immigrants who seem to have a good chance of adapting well living there. In order for a skilled worker to become a Quebec permanent resident, one must follow the following procedures:

1) Apply to The Government of Quebec for a Québec Selection Certificate (Certificat de selection du Québec, also known as CSQ). Once you have applied, the province of Quebec will assess your application. If you receive the certificate, it means that you were accepted as an immigrant by the Province of Québec.

2) Once your application was selected by the Province of Québec and received your CSQ, you must apply for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for permanent residence.

Please note in order to settle in Québec temporarily you will need to have a Certificate of acceptance of Québec “CAQ”

Self employed

The Self-employed Persons Program is designed for individuals who are interested in immigrating to Canada as a permanently self-employed person. If you are interested in applying to this program, you must meet the following criteria: - Have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics. - Be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

Atlantic immigration program

The Atlantic Immigration Program is designated for skilled workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who would like to work and live in one of Canada’s four Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador. In addition, this program allows them to later apply for permanent residence.

Atlantic Immigration program is a federal program made to fill the need in the local job market in one of the Atlantic provinces. There are 3 programs that you can apply to if you meet the requirements of one of them:

• Atlantic High-Skilled Program.

• Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program

• Atlantic International Graduate Program
